Description:
AEM provides our customers with high quality molybdenum plate. We offer standard plate thicknesses that can be cut to size or rolled to customer specified thickness, length, surface finish as well as other material properties. As with all of our materials, our sheet begins as metal powder, pressed into ingots, sintered, and then rolled. The process enables us to tailor the product to meet specific customer material and performance requirements to ensure optimal performance in your application.

Material: Mo-1, Mo-2, >99.95%; Mo-La (0.2% – 1% La)
Density: >10.20g/cc
Application:
Material from 0.090 inches to 3 inches in thickness is classified as molybdenum plate. It is widely used in the construction of furnace tooling and parts and as a feed stock for the fabrication of parts for the electronics and semiconductor industries.

Surface treatment:
Surface can be supplied in a shiny, matte, satin, or as-rolled condition, depends upon thickness and width parameters.
Heat treatment:
Molybdenum flat products are rolled and annealed to provide the optimum condition for the desired end use.
