Tin Sulfide (SnS) Sputtering Targets
Tin(II) sulfide is a chemical compound of tin and sulfur. The chemical formula is SnS. Its natural occurrence concerns herzenbergite, a rare mineral. Tin monusulfide (SnS) is an absorber with promising optoelectronic properties and low environmental constraints of interest for high-efficiency solar cells. The optical properties of SnS thin films are investigated to assess their compatibility with the solar spectrum.
Material Notes
Tin(II) Sulfide Sputtering Target, Purity is 99.99%;
Circular: Diameter <= 14inch, Thickness >= 1mm; Block: Length <= 1.4m( by several pieces construction), Width <= 12inch, Thickness >= 1mm. Sulfide sputter target such as Tin Sulfide (SnS) is commonly used in electronic industries and produced by hot press technique.
